Usage:
Armaflex ACE from Armacell is the optimal flexible rubber insulation material for safe condensation prevention prevention. Thanks to its unique micro-cell structure, the rubber material provides better form stability and easier processing.
Its particularly low thermal conductivity and great water vapour diffusion avoid energy loss and reduce the risk of corrosion. These are the reasons why the original Armaflex ACE is so popular for vehicle insulation. Compared to its cousins from the Armaflex XG and Armaflex AF series, the features of the ACE are usually completely sufficient – optically all three product series are identical, the technical values are only slightly worse, which is why it is not approved for commercial use. However, private consumers benefit from a good brand product at an extremely favourable price.
The Armaflex ACE with production facility in Poland is produced especially for vehicle manufacturer, who appreciates the easy processability of the Armaflec insulation material without spending unnecessarily much money.
We recommend van-insulation with Armafelx ACE 19mm for private fitters who prefer to use the "home on wheels" in areas like Central and Southern Europe. For colder areas such as Scandinavia, we recommend a thicker mat.
